ANC, the News Channel of ABS-CBN, partners with The American Institute.  On October 3, 2007, The American Institute became the official consultant for the Philippine Debate Championship which is co-sponsored by ABS-CBN/ANC and Philippine Graphics.  The debate tournament uses the parliamentary debate format, in which two university students compete against two others.  General Manager and English Language Specialist Christopher Delacruz, an Impromptu Speaking Champion in the US and Canada and Finalist in several  parliamentary debate events in the Northwest Public Debate Association has and will be helping the teams to prepare for the nationally televised debates and help lead them to the world championships which will be held in Thailand.  The debates air live on ANC every Wednesday at 8 pm.

Age doesn't matter! That what most people say about love. Most of us think that as long as we love that person, age will not take place. In my case age does matter. For example. I already had a bunch of girlfriends and most of them are older than me. However there is a time that I had a relationship with younger woman, at first everything was okay but after our first month everything changed. She became more demanding, and she started to monitor every little things that I'm doing. I got pissed and we broke up. In the other hand, with my girlfriend who is older than me it's different. They asked lesser question, they monitor lesser things. In short older girlfriend trust more than younger girlfriends. So I really prefer older woman, I have my limit though. My limit 4years older or 2years younger. hehe! This is only my opinion, how about you guys, which would you prefer?

Age really matters with me, I prefer older man than the young one. They are more stable, matured and responsible. They treat the girl like a princess they make you feel that your secured and proud. They will also tolerate your being childish and spoiled brat. And most of all they are lesser womanizer than the young one because they already surpass that stage.

Idol! well for me I prefer younger than me. i prefer to handle the relationship.. My wife is 3 years younger than me...

I agree, age is just a number. It really depends on the person and how he is as a person. I've dated a 30 something guy but he thinks and acts like he was still in his 20's.It didnt work out. I was too mature for him and to think that I can be such a kid at times

yep! it doesn't matter but it needs time to be mature enough to enter a relationship.
sometimes, a person must experience his younger years to be able to prefer for a serious commitment because if not - he will only break hearts.

all my x's are younger than me - the first 2 was fine because they're matured despite of their age (2 and 3 years younger). But the last 1 was a headached. Maybe because he's somewhat immature and he's 8 years younger so i guess 3 years younger and oldeer is okay.

Generally age doesn't matter as long as the appearance are good enough to everyone. Most people likes the opposite sex with the same age level. As long as you get along with each other company and with the same perspective in life age doesn't matter. For me, age doesn't matter as well for the fact that maturity of a person not always depend on his/her age. But it was depend on his experience in life. The person who experienced more challenges in life are those who are more matured than the old persons who have a simple belief and ambitions.

I prefer men who are older than me, whose looks is younger than his actual age and with great physique.  But there are tendencies that these type of men though they are older but they could be immature at times in the way they're handling the relationships.  You can never really tell, not unless you're into a relationship.  Been into this type, that's why.

I really do not have an age preference. For me, age does not matter at all either younger or older than me though based on my personal experience, all the girls that I dated before was someone who is older than me. I do not know if it is just a coincidence or if I am much more attracted to someone who is older than me. So probably 3 to 4 years older than me is way better.

Age is just a number... it depends upon the maturity of the person, but most of the girls preferred for older one, because older one is more responsible and matured specially when it comes to decision making. Older one have gone though so many experience in life so most of them have long patience to understand enough the tantrum of the girls...
